Job Description

Monitor production systems (wells, separators, compressors, pumps, etc.)

Adjust operating parameters to meet production targets

Oversee start-up and shutdown operations of process systems

Perform routine inspections and report equipment status

Collect and analyze samples for process monitoring

Ensure chemical dosing systems operate correctly

Support pigging operations and well testing activities

Permit & Safety Compliance:

Act as Permit Coordinator or Issuer under PTW system

Manage equipment isolation and ensure safe work execution

Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and toolbox talks

Maintain logs of isolations, overrides, and permits

Enforce safety procedures and compliance with HSSE standards

Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise Production Technicians and Operators

Coordinate daily work with other departments (maintenance, instrumentation, electrical)

Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior staff

Manage shift handovers, reporting, and daily logs

Ensure alignment with shift targets and operational plans

Emergency Response & HSSE:

Serve as part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT)

Lead or participate in safety drills (fire, gas release, evacuation)

Identify and report hazards, near-misses, and incidents

Uphold Brunei and company-specific HSSE standards

Support risk assessments and incident investigations
