Job Description
Accountable to the Mechatronic Workshop Engineer for all relevant maintenance work carried out by the section and for the standard and timely completion of designated work. He/She is to assist the Engineer in doing Level 3 and 4 maintenance and any corrective works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report and responsible to Mechatronic Engineer or Senior Engineer
- To carry out maintenance, repair, replacing faulty equipment, basic diagnosis and test of Mechatronic and equipment
- To carry out maintenance, repair, replacing faulty equipment, basic diagnosis and test of Mechatronic and equipment
- Carry out work in accordance with authorized procedures and publications. Observe rules and regulations
- Ensure efficient and correct use of spares
- Use tools and equipment correctly. Responsible for the accountability, servicability and safekeeping of tools
- Remind his superior with regards of spare part requirements
- He is responsible for the task of maintenance
- To observe the current Client's Health and Safety instructions
- To assist with the training of Trainee as required
Other Requirements
- Proven ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team while also being to multi-task, work independently and possess a high level of personal initiative- Conversant with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
- Process Mechatronic knowledge and background. He/ She must have a good communications and information technology skill
- Strong analytical and problem and solving skills
- Willing to be placed in any part and work anytime if needed
