Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance and calibration of pressure relief valves (PRVs) and pressure gauges (PGs)
- Carry out dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair and reassembly of PRVs
- Conduct pressure setting, seat leakage testing and functional testing in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
- Perform calibration and verification of pressure gauges
- Prepare inspection, testing and calibration reports
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality and HSE requirements
Other Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PRV and pressure gauge servicing, testing and maintenance- Good knowledge of PRV testing, calibration procedures and applicable industry standards
- Experience in Oil & Gas, offshore or industrial facilities
- Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain inspection records
- Relevant technical reports and maintain inspection records
- Relevant technical qualifications and certifications are preferred
