Job Description

- Supervise and lead the scaffolding team, including scaffolders and support staff.

- Plan and coordinate scaffolding activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

- Oversee the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffold structures.

- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure stability, safety, and compliance with standards.

- Conduct risk assessments and ensure scaffolding work complies with health, safety, and environmental policies.

- Train, mentor, and guide scaffolders on correct procedures and safety practices.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, activities, incidents, and material usage.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to align scaffold planning with project schedules and requirements.

- Resolve technical and on‑site issues related to scaffolding execution.
